Biography

Dr. Saxonhouse is Associate Professor in the Division of Neonatology at Levine Children’s Hospital. He is the Director for the Center of Pediatric Research at Levine Children’s Hospital and is the Co-Director for the Neonatal Thrombosis Center at Levine Children’s Hospital. He is currently conducting the SCAMP trial and Neo-Hat study at Levine Children’s Hospital. He also serves as Associate Director for Specialty Review in Perinatology 2.0. Dr. Saxonhouse’s research focus during his fellowship and faculty tenure at the University of Florida was neonatal thrombocytopenia, neonatal platelet function and neonatal coagulation.
